A BIT OF BACKGROUND
My name is Devin Foster; I am the Founder and CEO of Second Chance Outreach Learning Center. The organization is a non-profit that strives to expand its programs by offerings young adults 18 and older employment training in the community. Second Chance Outreach Learning Center is not authorized by the Commission on Proprietary Schools and College Registration (CPSCR). This institution has received an exemption from registration with CPSCR by offering program(s) that qualify under Section 75-60-5, Mississippi Code of 1972, as amended." The program courses will consists of FREE Career Readiness, Computer Literacy, Financial Literacy, GED Preparation and Wellness Training. In addition, exam preparation courses in Administrative Assistant, Patient Care Technician, Medical Billing and Coding, Certified Medical Assistant, Pharmacy Technician, and Phlebotomy. Our accreditation agency is with MedCa Medical Career Assessments a national certification and CPD accreditation provider # 781670 . We hope that you will be able to take part in one or more of the many exciting programs that we are offering this year and experience firsthand the pride we take in supporting our community.

It is our belief that everyone deserves a second chance to better themselves through continues learning. Our mission at Second Chance Outreach Learning Center is to promote, encourage young adults, and families to become self-sufficient, productive, responsible, and contributing members of society and demonstrate the value of volunteerism by becoming involved in the well-being of others, especially the elders. In order to meet our mission and provide services in our community, we rely on the generosity of individuals and businesses for support. Without the assistance of community-minded individuals just like you, we wouldn’t be able to those in our community this year.
